This cover is made for the Primo G420C gas grill. It is the gas-side listing in Primo's cover range, and it is not interchangeable with the covers cut for the ceramic Oval charcoal grills — those are sold by size and by what the grill is mounted in.
Gas grills give a cover more to do than a ceramic one does. Burners, an igniter, control valves and the underside of a stainless hood all sit out in the weather, and grease that has been rained on repeatedly is the kind of mess that turns a quick wipe-down into a job. Keeping insects and debris out of the burner area over a long off-season is the other reason gas owners cover their grills more religiously than charcoal owners do.
If you have kept a G420C running, this is the cover written for it. The rest of Primo's cover listings name Oval sizes and configurations, so none of them is a substitute here — there is no size word on this one because the grill it fits is a single model, not a range.
The other Primo part on this store that names the G420 is the Primo replacement gasket for the Oval Junior 200, Kamado and G420. To compare cover shapes across the range, see grill covers; the charcoal side of the line is in Primo grills and its parts in Primo grill accessories.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which grill does this cover fit?
The Primo G420C gas grill, and that is the only model named on the listing. There is no size variant to choose. If you are shopping for a cover for a ceramic Primo Oval, this is not the listing — those are sold by grill size and by the cart, table or island the grill sits in.
Can I use this cover on a Primo Oval charcoal grill?
No. A gas grill and a ceramic kamado are different shapes, and Primo lists covers separately for each. Every charcoal cover in the range names an Oval size and a configuration in its title, so pick from those instead.
Why does this cover have no size in the title?
Because the G420C is one model rather than a family of sizes. Primo's ceramic grills come as Round, Junior, Large, X-Large and XX-Large, which is why their covers all carry a size word. A single gas model needs only a single cover listing.
Is it worth covering a gas grill that lives outside year-round?
Most gas owners say yes, and the reasons are practical rather than cosmetic. A cover keeps standing water off the cookbox and control panel, keeps leaves and grit out of the burner area, and means the first cook of the season starts with a wipe rather than a strip-down.
Does Primo still sell other parts for the G420?
The replacement gasket listed for the Oval Junior 200, Kamado and G420 names the model, so it is worth a look if you are keeping a G420C in service. Beyond that, the current Primo parts range on this store is written around the ceramic Oval grills.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
