Le Griddle Portable Cart for 40 Series Griddles — GFCART40
The GFCART40 turns any 40 Series Le Griddle griddle into a freestanding cooking station you can roll wherever the party is. It is built for the GEE40, GFE40 and OML40 — drop the griddle in, and a countertop appliance becomes a mobile outdoor kitchen.
Everything is 304 stainless steel, so it lives outside without rusting out. The two folding side shelves each carry about 20 lbs, which is enough for a full prep tray on one side and plated food on the other. Fold them down and the cart is only 18" wide — narrow enough to tuck against a wall or fit through a gate. Fold them out and you get 47" of working width.
Four swivel casters, two of them locking, mean it rolls easily and then stays put while you are working. A single access door underneath hides the cord, tools and cleaning kit. At 34" high it lands at standard counter height, so it lines up with the rest of your outdoor griddles setup rather than sitting awkwardly low.

Will this cart work with my 40 Series griddle?
It fits the GEE40, GFE40 and OML40. Those are the three 40 Series models the GFCART40 is dimensioned for; other Le Griddle series use their own carts.
Check the model designation on your griddle before ordering so you are matching the series, not just the look.
How narrow does it get when I am not cooking?
Fold both side shelves down and the cart is 18" wide — narrow enough to push through a gate or park against a wall. Fold them out and you have 47" of working width.
Does the griddle come with it?
No, this is the cart only. The griddle and lid are separate purchases, so you are buying the freestanding base that turns a countertop 40 Series griddle into a mobile station.
The hood for the same three griddles is the 40 Series stainless lid.
What can I put on the side shelves?
Each shelf carries about 20 lbs, which covers a full prep tray on one side and plated food on the other. They fold away when the space is more useful than the surface.
Is there anywhere to store the cord and tools?
A single access door underneath opens into the storage space, which is where the cord, tools and cleaning kit go. That is one door — the larger 105 Series cart is the one with a dual-door cabinet.
Will it roll on a deck and then hold still?
All four casters swivel and two of them lock. It steers easily in tight spaces and then stays where you set the brakes.
What is the cart made of?
304 stainless steel throughout, rated weather resistant. It is meant to stay outdoors rather than come in after each cook.
How high is the working surface?
34" high and 17-1/4" deep. That is counter height, so a griddle on this cart sits level with the rest of an outdoor setup.
