Is this the right kit for a two-drawer refrigerator?
Yes. The RTR4 is made specifically for the RCS REFR4 double drawer refrigerator and will not fit the single-door RCS units.
Our outdoor refrigerators collection shows the drawer models it is intended to frame.
What are the outer frame dimensions?
35-3/4 inches high by 27-1/4 inches wide. That is the visible footprint on the island face once the kit is in place.
What cutout should the island have?
25 inches wide by 34-1/2 inches high. The frame overlaps that opening on all four sides, which is how the rough edge gets hidden.
What material and thickness is the frame?
18-gauge 304 stainless steel. At that gauge it stays rigid over the tall span of a drawer unit, and 304 handles outdoor exposure season after season.
Do I need a trim kit if the drawers already have stainless fronts?
The kit is what closes the gap between those drawer fronts and the island. Without it the cut edge of the opening stays exposed around the perimeter of the unit.

All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only.
