RCS is proud to provide the industry’s most comprehensive warranty.
All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Why choose drawers instead of a door refrigerator?
Drawers pull the contents out to you instead of making you crouch and reach into the back of a cabinet.
They also open in a narrow arc, so a drawer unit works in a spot where a swinging door would hit a walkway or an adjacent appliance.
How much fits in the REFR4?
5.3 cubic feet across the two drawers.
How deep is each drawer?
The top drawer is 10 1/8" deep and the bottom drawer is 11 3/8" deep.
RCS notes it will hold most bottles standing up, so tall items do not have to be laid on their side.
How cold does it run?
32°F to 50°F, set with digital controls.
The bottom of that range is right at freezing, which gives you more room than a typical beverage-only setting.
Do the drawers lock?
No. RCS removed the drawer locking device from production as of 10.29.2020, so current units do not have one.
Do the drawers slam shut?
No, they are soft close, so they pull themselves in over the last inch rather than banging against the frame.
What are the actual dimensions of the unit?
23-11/16" wide, 23-11/16" deep and 34" high.
Measure your opening against that depth in particular before ordering, because the cabinet body is nearly as deep as it is wide.
What cutout width and height does it need?
24" wide by 34 1/4" high.
The listed cutout depth does not agree with the depth of the unit itself, so build to the 23-11/16" cabinet depth plus clearance and verify the opening before the counter goes down.
Is there interior lighting?
Yes, LED interior lights in the drawers, so you can see what is in them without a flashlight after dark.
Can it be built into an outdoor island?
Yes. The REFR4 is UL rated for outdoor use and is built to drop into an outdoor kitchen island opening.

What if the drawers are not going into a finished island?
There is a trim kit made for the REFR4 two drawer refrigerator for that situation.
