RCS Trim Kit RTR5 - For REFR5 Refrigerator and RWC1 Wine Cooler
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this kit on a wine cooler?
Yes. The RTR5 is designed for both the RCS REFR5 refrigerator and the RWC1 wine cooler, which share the same opening.
The refrigerator side of that pair is the 15-inch REFR5 outdoor refrigerator.
What cutout does it call for?
15-3/4 inches wide by 34-3/4 inches high. It is a narrow opening, which is what lets a 15-inch unit tuck between cabinets in an island run.
How wide is the frame itself?
17-3/4 inches wide by 35-1/2 inches high overall. Allow for that full width on the island face, not just the cutout, when you lay out neighboring doors or drawers.
What is the frame built from?
304 stainless steel. It is the corrosion-resistant grade used throughout outdoor kitchen hardware, so the frame stays presentable through wet and freezing weather.
What difference does the trim make once it is installed?
It gives the unit a seamless, finished edge against the island rather than a visible gap. The frame surrounds the appliance so the face reads as one continuous line of stainless.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
