Yes, that is the point of the two zones. The upper zone runs 39.2°F to 53.6°F and the lower zone runs 53.6°F to 71.6°F, controlled independently.
Whites and sparkling go up top, reds sit below at serving temperature instead of being chilled down with everything else.
What shelving does the RWC1 use?
Four wooden shelves, shaped to cradle bottles rather than let them roll on wire.
What cutout do I need for it?

Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only.
