Expand your outdoor cooking possibilities with the TrueFlame 14" x 17.5" Stainless Steel Griddle Plate (TF-GP-14). Crafted from heavy 7-gauge 304 stainless steel with a built-in grease trap, this durable flat-top surface is perfect for breakfast classics, smash burgers, stir-fries, seafood, and everything that works better on a griddle than through the grates.
Measuring 13.7" wide, 17.56" deep, and 2.4" high and weighing about 14 lbs, the plate sits securely over your grill's cooking grates. The thick 7-gauge construction holds and distributes heat evenly for consistent searing, while the integrated grease trap channels away drippings for easy, mess-free cleanup.
Compatible with: all TrueFlame branded grills.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which grills does the TF-GP-14 work on?
All TrueFlame branded grills. It sits on top of the cooking grates rather than replacing any part of the grill, so there is nothing to install.
What are the exact dimensions and weight?
13.7" wide, 17.56" deep and 2.4" high, at roughly 14 pounds. It is listed as a 14" x 17.5" plate, so measure against the actual figures if your grate area is tight.
How thick is the steel?
7-gauge 304 stainless steel. That is a heavy plate for its size, which is where most of the 14 pounds comes from.
Where does the grease go?
Into a built-in grease trap that channels drippings off the surface. That is the difference between a griddle plate and a sheet of steel laid across the grates.
Do I need to take my cooking grates out first?
No. The plate rests securely over the grates as they are, so you can move between grilling and griddling in the same session.
Why does the gauge matter on a griddle?
Thin plate drops temperature the moment cold food hits it. The 7-gauge construction here holds and distributes heat evenly, which is what keeps a row of smash burgers searing instead of steaming.
What is it actually good for?
Breakfast, smash burgers, stir-fries and seafood, plus anything small enough to fall through the grates. Other options sit in griddle plates.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
