Cast burners carry more mass than tube burners, which is what keeps the flame pattern steady as they age.
How much cooking area is there?
539 sq. in. total. TrueFlame publishes that total but does not break it into main grid and warming rack, so we don’t quote a split.
What cutout do I build for it?

What are the grill's overall dimensions?
24.98" W x 25.6" D x 21.6" H.
Note that the body is deeper than the cutout depth, since the grill sits on the island top rather than passing entirely through it.
Can I grill at night with it?
Yes. It has a full-length exterior LED light bar plus halogen lighting inside the hood.
There is also lighting behind each knob that shows whether that burner is on, which is the detail you notice when shutting down in the dark.

Both are 25-inch, three-burner, 42,000 BTU grills with 539 sq. in. of cooking area. The E Series TFE25 is listed without grill lighting, while the TF25 adds LED and halogen lighting, cast stainless burners and the warming rack tray.
