The XE-30C converts an Alfresco ALXE-30 built-in grill head into a freestanding grill. If you want Alfresco cooking quality but are not ready to commit to a masonry island, or you are renting, or your patio layout may change, the cart is the answer: same grill, no construction.

It is built to the same standard as the grill it carries. Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel throughout, double doors for storage underneath, side shelves for working room, four casters for repositioning, and precision lighting so you can find things after dark. This is a permanent piece of outdoor equipment, not a temporary stand.

Is the grill included with the XE-30C?
No. This is the cart only. It is designed to accept an Alfresco 30-inch grill head, purchased separately. Contact us and we will confirm the correct grill and cart pairing.

What is the difference between a standard cart and a deluxe cart?
The standard cart has double doors underneath. Alfresco's deluxe carts have one door plus two drawers, giving you organized drawer storage instead of open cabinet space.

Can I move the grill on the cart once assembled?
Yes, that is the point of the four casters. Bear in mind that a 30-inch Alfresco grill head plus cart is substantial, so move it on level, solid surfaces rather than soft ground or loose stone.

Can I convert to built-in later?
Yes. Because Alfresco sells the grill head separately from the cart, the same head can be removed from the cart and dropped into an island cutout if you build one down the road. That is a real advantage over grills sold only as one-piece freestanding units.
