Alfresco 56" Standard Cart XE-56C
The XE-56C is the freestanding cart for Alfresco's 56-inch grill head, the largest professional grill the company builds. Putting a grill that size on a cart rather than into masonry is a genuine option for people who want maximum cooking capacity without committing to island construction, or who may reconfigure their outdoor space later.
The cart is heavy-duty 304 stainless steel throughout, matching the grill for outdoor durability. Double doors provide storage beneath, side shelves give you landing space at both ends of a very wide cooking surface, four casters allow repositioning, and precision lighting covers night cooking. As with all Alfresco carts, the grill head remains a separate component, so a built-in installation stays available to you later.

Alfresco's 56-inch grill heads, purchased separately from this $3,335 cart. Alfresco makes more than one 56-inch grill, so confirm your model number before ordering.
How much patio space should I plan for?
Considerably more than 56 inches. Side shelves add width at both ends and the hood needs room to open fully, so measure the area and check the current spec sheet before you commit to a position.
Is there a refrigerated version of this cart?
Yes. The ARXE-56C refrigerated cart houses a full 7.25 cubic foot outdoor refrigerator in place of the standard cabinet storage.
What storage does the standard version give me?
Double doors over a cabinet beneath the grill, plus side shelves that give you landing space at both ends of a very wide cooking surface. Precision lighting is included for night cooking.
Can a cart this size still be moved?
Four casters allow repositioning. At this scale, plan on help and a level, solid surface.
Is the cart built to the same standard as the grill?
