Putting a grill that size on a cart rather than into masonry is a genuine option for people who want maximum cooking capacity without committing to island construction, or who may reconfigure their outdoor space later.
The cart is heavy-duty 304 stainless steel throughout, matching the grill for outdoor durability. Double doors provide storage beneath, side shelves give you landing space at both ends of a very wide cooking surface, four casters allow repositioning, and precision lighting covers night cooking. As with all Alfresco carts, the grill head remains a separate component, so a built-in installation stays available to you later.
