The XE-56C is the freestanding cart for Alfresco's 56-inch grill head, the largest professional grill the company builds. Putting a grill that size on a cart rather than into masonry is a genuine option for people who want maximum cooking capacity without committing to island construction, or who may reconfigure their outdoor space later.

The cart is heavy-duty 304 stainless steel throughout, matching the grill for outdoor durability. Double doors provide storage beneath, side shelves give you landing space at both ends of a very wide cooking surface, four casters allow repositioning, and precision lighting covers night cooking. As with all Alfresco carts, the grill head remains a separate component, so a built-in installation stays available to you later.

No. This is the cart only, built to accept an Alfresco 56-inch grill head purchased separately. Alfresco makes more than one 56-inch grill, so send us your model and we will confirm the correct pairing.

How much space do I need for a 56-inch grill on a cart?
Considerably more than the grill width alone, once side shelves and hood clearance are accounted for. Measure your patio area and check the current spec sheet before ordering, and allow room to open the hood fully.

Yes. Alfresco offers the ARXE-56C refrigerated cart, which houses a full 7.25 cubic foot outdoor refrigerator in place of standard cabinet storage.
