American Made Grills Alturi 36" Built-In Deluxe Grill Cover
The Alturi 36" Built-In Deluxe Grill Cover (GRILLCOV-ALT36D) is cut specifically for the Alturi 36" built-in grill head, which is the whole point — a tailored cover sheds water instead of pooling it, and does not flap itself apart in wind the way a generic cover does. Browse the full range of grill covers from American Made Grills.
Constructed from heavy-duty PVC, fully water-resistant and UV-protected to slow the fading and embrittlement that kills cheap covers after two summers. Material is the part people skip when comparing covers, and it is the part that decides whether you buy one cover or one every eighteen months.
Behind that hood the Alturi 36 carries interior halogen lighting, LED knob illumination and an infrared back burner — all electrical, and all far more likely to fail from trapped moisture than from use. The cover is protecting components, not a finish.
Inside, a soft flannel backing sits against the stainless. An unlined cover traps grit against the finish and, with enough wind cycles, polishes fine scratches into it. The flannel layer is what keeps stainless looking like stainless. Covered by a 3-year warranty on covers.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is this cover actually protecting?
Components, not just a finish. Behind the hood the Alturi 36 carries interior halogen lighting, LED knob illumination and an infrared back burner — all electrical, and all far more likely to fail from trapped moisture than from use.
Which grill does GRILLCOV-ALT36D fit?
The Alturi 36" built-in grill head. Coverage is the grill head, which is all that is exposed once the unit is set into an island.
What is it made from?
Heavy-duty PVC, water-resistant and UV-protected. The custom cut is what stops water pooling on the hood and stops the cover flapping itself apart in wind.
Is there a lining?
Yes, soft flannel. It keeps grit from being pressed against the stainless, which is how an unlined cover ends up polishing fine scratches into the finish.
Does the same cover fit the freestanding Alturi 36?
No. A cart model needs the taller cover that reaches the storage front — see the Alturi 36" freestanding cover.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
