The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 36" Built-In Grill (EST36-FR) is the refined, architectural end of the American Made Grills range — a clean stainless front face designed to disappear into a well-built island while delivering serious cooking power. It runs 3 main burners at 26,000 BTU each plus a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for rotisserie work, for 90,000 BTUs total across 920 square inches of cooking surface. Cooking happens on heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so you can hold a searing zone and a resting zone at the same time.

Thirty-six inches is the default for a reason. It is the most common cutout in outdoor kitchen design, which means the widest choice of matching doors, drawers and covers, and the easiest grill to sell on later. Three burners across 920 square inches handles a party of twelve without crowding, and the 34-3/4 inch cutout still leaves usable counter on both sides of a standard 8-foot island.

Estate Freedom is the same grill as the standard Estate 36" — same cabinet, same cutout, same 90,000 BTU output, same 920 sq in of cooking surface, same 9mm grates and spring-assisted hood. Interior halogen cooking lights and LED-illuminated knobs make evening cooking practical, flame thrower ignition lights reliably without batteries, and built-in rotisserie spit storage keeps the hardware with the grill.
