Designed and manufactured entirely in the USA, this freestanding cart grill arrives fully assembled and rolls into place on heavy-duty locking casters.
Constructed from commercial-grade #304 stainless steel throughout — grill head and cart alike — the EST36 is engineered for exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term outdoor performance. The grill features an 18-gauge double-lined hood, full-width stainless steel hood handle, and heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grates for maximum heat retention and superior searing capability.
At the heart of the Estate 36 are three premium 26,000 BTU red brass burners, producing up to 78,000 BTUs across the main cooking surface. A dedicated 15,000 BTU infrared rear rotisserie burner brings total output to approximately 93,000 BTUs, allowing for high-heat searing, roasting, and rotisserie cooking versatility.
The grill utilizes a ceramic briquette flame tamer system that evenly distributes heat while reducing flare-ups and improving flavor vaporization. Interior halogen cooking lights and blue LED illuminated control knobs provide excellent nighttime visibility and luxury styling.
