It runs 3 U-shaped 304 stainless main burners at 26,000 BTU each — 78,000 BTUs across 660 square inches of main grate, plus a 260 square inch secondary rack for 920 square inches total. A 12,000 BTU infrared back burner handles rotisserie work. The "T" in ALT36T is the U-tube stainless burner, which is what separates Alturi from the cast red brass burners in the Estate series above it.

The cart is the whole point of this configuration: the same grill head that goes into six-figure outdoor kitchens, on wheels, with nothing to demo and no masonry to pour. Heavy-duty locking casters roll it into position and hold it there. Adjustable stainless side shelves give you landing space for platters and fold back when the patio needs the room. The Deluxe door and two-drawer combo front puts a full-height door on one side and a pair of drawers on the other, so tools, foil and rubs live under the grill instead of in the garage — and there is room below for a propane tank, so the LP model runs without ever trenching a gas line.

Alturi is the series where the lighting is the signature. Angle-mounted interior halogen lights wash the grate from corner to corner rather than throwing a hot spot down the middle, and the control knobs are LED backlit so you can read your settings at night. A double-lined, spring-assisted hood holds wherever you leave it, a 3" analog thermometer reads hood temperature, and flame thrower ignition with a manual flash-tube backup lights the burners without batteries.
