The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 36" Freestanding Cart Grill (EST36-FR + CART-EST36) pairs the Estate Freedom grill head with the matching #304 stainless steel cart, so you get the same architectural grill that goes into custom islands — without building one. It runs 3 main burners at 26,000 BTU each plus a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for rotisserie work, for 90,000 BTUs total across 920 square inches of cooking surface, on a 33.75" x 19.5" cooking grid. Cooking happens on heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so you can hold a searing zone and a resting zone at the same time.

Thirty-six inches is the size most people actually need. Three burners across 920 square inches feeds a party of twelve without crowding, and on the cart the whole station measures 57.8" wide with both side shelves open — fold them down and it tucks back against a wall or into a garage for the winter.

What the cart adds

The CART-EST36 is a full #304 stainless steel cabinet, not a folding frame. A magnetic access door with two-drawer storage keeps tools and grilling supplies dry and out of sight, an interior door condiment tray puts sauces and rubs within reach, and there is enclosed propane tank storage for the LP version, with side, rear and bottom ventilation. Two collapsible side shelves give you prep and landing space when you need it and fold down when you want the footprint back. Locking caster wheels let you roll the grill out for a party and lock it in place on the patio, and it ships fully assembled — no island, no cutout, no contractor.
