Frequently Asked Questions
What width is the Zeus 36?
36 inches wide, wall mounted. It is the smallest of the three Zeus widths and suits a single grill rather than a long multi-appliance run.
What is the CFM rating?
1200 CFM. Falmec pairs that capacity with the Zeus body to clear smoke, odors and grease from the cooking area.
Does it come with filters?
Yes. Professional baffle filters are included, and Falmec credits them with the hood's air purification performance.
Baffle filters are the standard choice over a grill because they handle heavy grease loads better than mesh screens.
How loud is it at full speed?
Falmec fits the Zeus with NRS, its Noise Reduction System, which the company states significantly reduces noise levels for a quieter cooking environment.
The description does not publish a decibel figure, so treat NRS as a design feature rather than a measured number.
What is the finish?
Scotch Brite stainless steel in AISI 304, described by Falmec as hygienic, easy to clean and highly corrosion resistant.
Can I install this indoors?
Yes. The Zeus is outdoor rated but Falmec states the hood works for indoor and outdoor use, from a professional kitchen to an outdoor cooking space.
Does it mount to a wall?
Yes, it is a wall mounted hood. You need a wall behind the grill to carry both the hood and the duct.
How is the Zeus different from the other Falmec hoods here?
The Zeus is the outdoor-rated wall canopy listed with NRS noise reduction and professional baffle filters included. Compare it with the Pyramid at the same 36 inch width to choose between the two profiles.
What if I need a wider Zeus?
It is also listed in 42 inch and 48 inch widths, both at the same 1200 CFM rating.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
