The TrueFlame TF-VH72-3 is a 72-inch wall-mount canopy vent hood, the widest in the TrueFlame range, supplied with a 2,000 CFM motor and a mounting bracket.
Built for a full outdoor kitchen run
At 72 inches this is the option for a complete cooking line — a grill, a side burner and a griddle all sitting under one canopy instead of being split across two hoods. Measure the total span of the equipment that produces smoke, then choose the hood width from that figure rather than from the length of the island. If that span is shorter, the 60-inch TF-VH60-3 carries the same motor.
Airflow
A 2,000 CFM motor, the same rating used on the 42", 48" and 60" hoods. Only the 36-inch TF-VH36-2 steps down, to 1,000 CFM.
Installation
The hood ships with a mounting bracket, but the wall or chase behind it has to be built to carry a canopy this size, and a hood this wide needs a plan for lifting it into place. Confirm the electrical supply at the hood position as part of install planning.
