Will this rack fit my Primo Oval X-Large?
Yes, this rack is made for the Oval X-Large firebox and no other size. Primo racks are cut to the grill they drop into, so an X-Large rack will not work in a Large and a Large rack will not span the X-Large. Confirm your model and the rest is straightforward.
Is the heat deflector included with this rack?
No. This listing is the rack alone. The deflector plates are a separate product, and without them the rack has nothing on it to stop heat from the fire. The matching barrier is the Primo Heat Deflector Plates for Oval X-Large.
How many pieces are in this listing?

This is the two-piece deflector and drip pan rack for the Primo Oval X-Large — the frame that goes into the grill and holds whatever you want to put between the fire and the food. It is the rack on its own, not a heat deflector.
