How much ice does it hold?

What are the finished dimensions?

How do I empty the meltwater?
Through a rubber drain plug in the bottom of the chest. Think about where that water goes before you set the unit in the island, since it will run out under the counter.

Should I get this or the 28" x 21" cooler?
