What cutout does the TF-NK-19U need?

Plan for 17" wide x 13 1/2" deep x 7" high. Cut that opening in the counter before the sink goes anywhere near the island.

Is a faucet included?

Yes. It ships with a 360-degree hot and cold swivel faucet plus a stopper/strainer for the drain, so you are not sourcing trim separately.

The swivel range is the practical part here: you can move the spout out of the way when you need the whole basin for a tray or a platter.

What is the sink made from?

Weather-resistant 304 stainless steel. It is the same grade TrueFlame uses on its outdoor doors and drawers, which is why it can sit uncovered in an island.

What is it actually useful for in an outdoor kitchen?

Rinsing produce, washing hands and cleaning up without walking indoors. With hot and cold both plumbed, it handles the tail end of a cook as well as the prep.

How does it compare with TrueFlame's 15" x 15" drop-in sink?

This is the undermount model with the 360-degree swivel faucet. The 15" x 15" TF-NK-15D is the drop-in, with a fixed chrome-plated hot and cold faucet and a smaller square opening.
