Add rich, wood-fired flavor to any cook with the TrueFlame Stainless Steel Smoker Tray (TF-SMK). This durable stainless steel tray holds your favorite wood chips, transforming a standard gas grill into a flavor-infusing smoker so you can enjoy authentic barbecue taste without a dedicated smoker.
Simply fill the tray with soaked wood chips, place it over the burners beneath the cooking grates, and let it smolder to release aromatic smoke around your food. The rugged stainless steel construction stands up to high, repeated heat and wipes clean easily after each session.
Compatible with: TrueFlame gas grills and most standard built-in and freestanding grills with space beneath the cooking grates for a smoker tray.

TrueFlame Stainless Steel Smoker Tray
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use the smoker tray?
Fill it with soaked wood chips, place it over the burners beneath the cooking grates, and let it smolder. The smoke rises around the food while the grill runs normally.
Does it work on grills other than TrueFlame?
Yes. It suits TrueFlame gas grills and most standard built-in and freestanding grills that have space beneath the cooking grates for a tray. Measure that clearance on your own grill before ordering.
Will it warp or discolour sitting directly over a burner?
It is made of stainless steel specifically to take high, repeated heat, and it wipes clean after each session. That is the whole reason it is not a foil pouch.
Can a gas grill really produce smoke flavour?
That is what this tray is for. Model TF-SMK turns a standard gas grill into a flavour-infusing smoker without a dedicated smoker cabinet, using wood chips as the smoke source. Browse more in grilling accessories.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
