Artisan

Flat-top cooking is one of the simplest capabilities to add to an Artisan outdoor kitchen, and this drop-in griddle plate is how Artisan does it. The plate measures 14" wide by 24" deep and stands 4" tall including its splash guard, and it nests...

The ARTP-TC-15SC is Artisan's single-bin roll-out trash drawer, built to put waste inside the island instead of in a can parked at the end of the patio. It is a narrow unit with a tall face — 12 1/2" wide by 26 1/4" high...

The ARTP-2DR-17SC stacks two drawers into a single 17" frame, which makes it the unit to reach for when an island has a narrow bay to fill and you want organized storage rather than an open cabinet behind a door. One opening gives you...

Artisan's 17" single access door is the narrowest opening in the Artisan door lineup, made for the tight bays in a built-in grill island where a full double door will not fit — the gap beside a grill, the run under a side burner,...

Three drawers in a 17-inch-wide column is one of the most useful ways to use island space near the grill: room for tools and thermometers, towels, foil and the other things that otherwise get carried out from the house. The ARTP-3DR-17SC is Artisan's version....

A roll of paper towels is the thing every outdoor kitchen needs and almost none has a home for, which is how it ends up weighted down with a tongs on the counter or blown across the patio. The ARTP-TH-17 gives it a place...

A power burner is the piece that lets an outdoor kitchen handle the jobs a grill cannot — a full stock pot of crab or crawfish, pasta water for a crowd, a stir-fry that needs real heat under the wok. The Artisan Power Burner...

A grill at least closes its own hood when you walk away. A power burner does not — it is an open well with the burner ports facing straight up, so rain, leaves and grit land directly on the parts that have to light...

A propane grill in an island still needs somewhere to keep the tank, and a tank sitting behind a cabinet door is awkward to change and easy to knock. The Artisan 18" propane tank drawer puts the cylinder on a pull-out drawer instead. It...

The Roll-Out Double Trash Drawer, 20-Inch by Artisan holds two standard trash cans side by side in a single pull-out, which is what lets an outdoor kitchen keep waste and recycling separated without building a second cutout into the island. It is a premium...

Some outdoor kitchen storage is about small things close at hand, and some is about big things: grill covers, bags of pellets or charcoal, platters and sheet pans. The ARTP-DR-24SC is Artisan's answer for the second kind — a single, wide drawer 24 inches...

The 26-inch American Eagle is Artisan's most compact grill, and it does not come with a rotisserie. The ART-ROT26 is how you add one. It is the rotisserie accessory Alfresco (Artisan's manufacturer) lists for the 26-inch American Eagle, built-in AAEP-26 and cart AAEP-26C alike,...

The ARTP-26D is the widest single access door Artisan builds before the line moves to double doors, which makes it the one to specify when something bulky has to pass through a single opening — a propane tank lifted in and out, a bag...

The ARTP-30DD is the entry width in Artisan's double-door range, framing into a 27 1/4" wide by 18 1/2" high cutout. Two leaves meet in the middle of that opening, so each door swings clear in roughly half the arc a single 27 1/4"...

The ARTP-DDC-32SC puts two kinds of storage into one 32" island opening: a right-hinged access door for the tall things — a propane tank, bulk charcoal, a bin of supplies — and a stack of two drawers alongside it for tools, utensils and small...

At a 29 3/8" wide by 18 1/2" high cutout, the ARTP-32DD is the double-door pair for a nominal 32" island bay — a common width under a built-in grill, where the cabinet below has to swallow a propane tank and still leave room...

Two of Artisan's three 32-inch lines ship without a rotisserie: the American Eagle and the newer Artisan Series. The ART-ROT32 is the kit Alfresco lists for both of them, in built-in and cart form, which is broader than the "American Eagle" name it is...

The ARTP-DDC-36SC is the wider of Artisan's two door-and-drawer combos, built for a 33 5/8" wide opening. One 36" frame holds a right-hinged access door and a two-drawer stack, which means one cutout to build and one set of edges to line up with...

The ARTP-36DD covers a 33 3/8" wide by 18 1/2" high opening — the second-largest of Artisan's four double-door widths, and the size that suits an island bay framed for a nominal 36" run. That gap between the 36" name and the 33 3/8"...

At 36 inches Artisan gives you three grill lines, and only the Professional arrives with a rotisserie. The ART-ROT36 is the accessory that adds one to the other two: Alfresco lists it as the optional rotisserie for the American Eagle AAEP-36 and the Artisan...
