A spit rod is a long, greasy, awkwardly balanced piece of stainless steel with two sharp fork sets attached. Left in a drawer it scratches everything around it; left in the garage it corrodes. The bag keeps the whole assembly together, protected from dust and moisture, and out of contact with the rest of your tools.
Constructed from durable outdoor-rated material, it stores flat and carries easily. My grill is wider than 32 inches. Can I still use it?
No. A longer spit rod will not close inside a 32-inch bag, and forcing it is how forks get bent. For a grill over 36 inches wide, use the 44" rotisserie bag instead.
Is a rotisserie kit included?
