The American Made Grills Estate 30" Freestanding Gas Cart Grill (EST30 + CART-EST30) puts the top of the American Made Grills gas range on wheels — the same cast red brass burners and fully loaded feature set as the built-in Estate, mounted on its matching #304 stainless steel cart, with no island to pour and nothing to demo. Both pieces are made in the USA. See how it compares against the rest of our American Made Grills cart grills.
It runs two 26,000 BTU cast red brass main burners plus an infrared back burner for rotisserie work and the included 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner — 93,000 BTUs in total across 883 square inches of cooking surface. Cooking happens on heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so you can hold a searing zone and a resting zone at the same time.
Thirty inches is the size that fits where the larger Estates do not. Two burners across 883 square inches still leaves a genuine cool zone at one end while the other runs hot, but the whole unit tucks into a courtyard, a balcony or a narrow side patio — and with both cart shelves folded it takes up very little ground. This is the Estate for people who want the full American Made Grills build without surrendering the patio to it.
The cart is the reason to choose this configuration. Locking caster wheels roll the grill into position and hold it there, so the patio can be reconfigured, the grill can follow you to a new house, and a rental is no obstacle. Two collapsible side shelves give you landing space for platters and fold down when the grill needs to fit through a gate or sit tight against a wall. Double access doors span the full width of the cabinet, with an interior condiment tray on the door itself at hand height, and there is propane tank storage inside, so the LP model runs without ever trenching a gas line.
Ventilation runs through the sides, rear and base of the cart. That is not a comfort feature — a sealed cabinet under a running grill traps heat and, on propane installations, is a genuine safety issue. The cart is built to move air through the enclosure continuously. It arrives fully assembled, which on a stainless cart this size saves a weekend.
The standard Estate 30" arrives fully loaded. Cast red brass burners are fitted from the factory rather than offered as an upgrade, and the rotisserie kit, stainless griddle, 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner and smoker tray are all in the box. If you would rather build the grill up piece by piece, look at the Estate Freedom 30" configuration of the same chassis.
An 18-gauge double-lined hood with spring assist and full-width #304 handle keep the lid manageable and the heat where it belongs. Interior halogen cooking lights and LED-illuminated knobs make evening cooking practical, flame thrower ignition lights reliably without batteries, and built-in rotisserie spit storage keeps the hardware with the grill. Tested to ANSI Z21.58 / CGA 1.6 and backed by the Gold Standard warranty with 100% non-prorated replacement parts.
Planning a permanent island instead? The same grill head is available as the Estate 30" built-in grill, and the CART-EST30 cart can be bought on its own later. To protect the assembled unit outdoors, use the Estate 30" freestanding deluxe grill cover.

Frequently Asked Questions
Two cast red brass main burners at 26,000 BTU each. Brass is fitted from the factory on the standard Estate rather than offered as an upgrade.
The two 26,000 BTU main burners, an infrared back burner for rotisserie work, and the included 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner together.
The sear burner is a separate high-heat zone, not a hotter setting on the main grate, so you can hold a steak over infrared while the rest of the meal cooks conventionally.
There are 883 square inches of cooking surface here. Two burners across that area still leaves a genuine cool zone at one end while the other runs hot, and the whole unit fits a courtyard, a balcony or a narrow side patio.
The EST30 head, the CART-EST30 cart, cast red brass burners, a vinyl grill cover, a rotisserie kit, a stainless steel griddle, the 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner, a smoker tray and a cleaning care kit.
Configuration, not chassis. The standard Estate 30 comes fully loaded with the brass burners and the accessory pack in the box; the Estate Freedom 30 comes with stainless U-tube burners and lets you add accessories one at a time.
Double access doors span the full cabinet width, with a condiment tray mounted on the door itself at hand height and propane tank storage inside. On LP, that means no gas line has to be trenched to the patio.
Ventilation runs through the sides, rear and base. A sealed cabinet under a running grill traps heat, and on a propane installation it is where escaped gas would collect — the open design keeps air moving through the enclosure.
Heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so a searing zone and a resting zone can be held at once.
Yes. Locking caster wheels are the point of this configuration — reconfigure the patio, take the grill to a new house, or use it at a rental without altering anything.
An 18-gauge double-lined hood with spring assist and a full-width #304 handle. It lifts without effort and holds its position while you work.
The same grill head is sold as the Estate 30 built-in, and the CART-EST30 cart can be bought on its own later if you start with the head.
With the Estate 30 freestanding deluxe cover, which is cut for the grill and cart together rather than the head alone.
