It runs 2 main burners at 26,000 BTU each plus a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for rotisserie work, for 64,000 BTUs total across 755 square inches of cooking surface. Cooking happens on heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so you can hold a searing zone and a resting zone at the same time.

Thirty inches is the size you choose when the patio is the binding constraint — a balcony, a courtyard, a narrow side return where a 36- or 42-inch cart would dominate the space. Two 26,000 BTU burners across 755 square inches still comfortably feeds six to eight, and with both side shelves folded down the whole unit tucks against a wall or rolls through a standard gate.
