It runs 3 main burners at 26,000 BTU each plus a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for rotisserie work, for 90,000 BTUs total across 1,083 square inches of cooking surface — 777 sq in on the main grate and 306 sq in on the warming rack. Cooking happens on heavy-duty 9mm stainless grates over an easy-clean briquette system, with heat zone separators so you can hold a searing zone and a resting zone at the same time.

Forty-two inches buys you grate real estate rather than extra burners — the same three 26,000 BTU burners spread across 1,083 square inches instead of 920. In practice that means a genuinely usable cool zone at one end while the other end runs hot, which is exactly what you want for thick cuts that need to rest, or for holding a first round of food while the second goes on.

What the cart adds

The CART-EST42 is a full #304 stainless steel cabinet, not a folding frame. A magnetic access door with two-drawer storage keeps tools and grilling supplies dry and out of sight, an interior door condiment tray puts sauces and rubs within reach, and there is enclosed propane tank storage for the LP version. Two collapsible side shelves give you prep and landing space when you need it and fold down when you want the footprint back. Locking caster wheels let you roll the grill out for a party and lock it in place on the patio, and it ships fully assembled — no island, no cutout, no contractor.
