Yes. The C115R-S has a reversible hinge, so the door can be configured for either swing.
That decision is worth making before installation, based on which way you walk up to the island.

UV resistance is the part that separates a genuine outdoor unit from an indoor one. Sun exposure destroys plastics and gaskets on indoor-rated refrigerators fast.

All three offer a reversible or field-reversible door, so layout flexibility is not what separates them. Capacity and cabinet width are.
