Can I run different temperatures on different parts of the grate?
Yes. Heat zone separators divide the cooking surface into distinct temperature zones.
That lets you hold a low zone for vegetables or indirect cooking while another zone stays at searing heat.
What happens if a burner flame blows out?
The safety valve and thermocouple system only allows gas to flow when a flame is present, and shuts the gas off automatically if the flame goes out. Ignition is Coyote's Flame Thrower system.
