Frequently Asked Questions
How much can the AMD-RFR-15G hold?
3.2 cu. ft., organized across dual drawers and four chrome shelves.
The drawer layout means you are pulling items out rather than reaching past them, which matters in a unit this compact.
What cutout does it need?
The opening should be 15 5/8" wide, 23 1/2" deep and 34 3/8" high.
How large is the refrigerator itself?
14.9" wide, 23.4" deep and 34" high.
How cold does it get?
It holds a 32°-50°F range, set through an electronic temperature controller with a digital display.
That range covers beverage service at the cold end and produce or condiments toward the top of the range.
Does the glass door lock?
Yes, the door locks.
Useful on a pool deck or a rental property where the island is not always supervised.
Do I have to defrost it?
No. Auto-defrost is built in.
Can it go inside a sealed island?
It vents at the front, so it can be enclosed on the sides and top and still exhaust properly.
Is a glass door safe outdoors?
This unit is UL rated for outdoor use and compliant for residential and commercial settings, glass door included.
The trade-off against a solid door is visibility: you can see what is stocked without opening the cabinet and losing cold air.
What is the handle made of?
Stainless steel, matched to the weather-resistant construction of the cabinet.
How does this compare to the stainless-door version?
Same 3.2 cu. ft. capacity and the same 15 5/8" x 23 1/2" x 34 3/8" cutout. The stainless-door model hides the contents behind a 304 stainless panel instead of glass.
Choose glass if you want the display, solid stainless if you want the island to read as one continuous metal face.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
