Description
The Memphis Elite 39" Built-In Pellet Grill ITC3 is a premium wood fire cooking appliance designed for grilling, smoking, roasting, baking, and searing with precision temperature control from 180°F to 700°F. Featuring the new IntelliBurn Technology®, this grill utilizes secondary combustion for an ultra-efficient and clean burn, leading to faster startups, improved pellet efficiency, and less maintenance.
Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, the double-walled, sealed design ensures superior heat retention, while the oven-grade gasket provides a tight seal for consistent cooking. The 24 lb. dual-bin pellet hopper allows users to mix and match pellet flavors, offering a customizable wood-fired cooking experience.
Equipped with a 7" touch screen display, interior lighting, and a pre-programmed cleaning routine, this built-in pellet grill is designed for both convenience and durability. The Wi-Fi functionality allows for monitoring, alerts, and timers, but does not support direct grill control via Wi-Fi.
