How much space does the Elevate 30 cart take up?

43 inches wide, 49 inches high and 31 inches deep once the leg package is fitted. Measure your patio against 43 inches, not the 30-inch grill size.

What comes in the Leg Accessory Package?

Four grill legs, two of them with wheels, a lower shelf, an exterior side shelf and a utility rail for utensils. That package is what turns the Elevate grill head into a freestanding cart.

What temperatures can it hold?

180°F to 600°F under thermostat control, with two open flame modes that climb past 900°F. Smoking, searing, grilling, roasting, baking and braising are all in range of the one unit.

How big is the cooking surface?

578 square inches standard. Optional grates raise it to 1,079 square inches if you regularly cook for a crowd.

How many pellets does it hold?

The hopper takes 12 pounds of wood pellets. A convection cooking system circulates the heat so the grate temperature stays even across the surface.

What is the Elevate built from?

Dual-wall, sealed 430 stainless steel with oven-grade gasketing. The sealed double wall is the reason it holds low smoking temperatures rather than bleeding heat out the seams.

How heavy is it and can one person move it?

The grill head is 194 pounds and the leg package adds 60 pounds. Two of the four legs carry wheels, so the assembled cart rolls on a flat patio, but the initial placement is not a one-person lift.

What does the Wi-Fi connection provide?

Remote monitoring, alerts and timer functions through an app. Compatibility varies by network, so confirm your router setup rather than assuming it will connect.

What accessories come with the cart?

The Direct Flame Insert, the Genie Tool and a meat probe. The Direct Flame Insert is what you install to run the open flame modes.

Can this grill be converted to a built-in later?

The Elevate uses a modular design that can be set up as a freestanding cart or converted for built-in use. If the island is already in the plan, the Elevate 30 built-in includes the bracket package instead of the legs.

Is the cooking performance the same as the built-in Elevate?

Yes. Both carry 578 square inches, a 12-pound hopper, the same 180°F to 600°F range and the same 194-pound 430 stainless grill head. The mounting hardware is the only real difference. Comparable units sit in pellet cart grills.
