Frequently Asked Questions
Which grills does the GL-TRLPRO32 fit?
The TRL32 and TRLPRO32 built-in grills only. Summerset is explicit that this liner is not a general 32" part.
The TRL Pro 32 built-in grill is the model it is cut to.
What are the cutout specs?
32.75" wide by 11.125" high by 22" deep. Those figures appear on the product's own specification list, so you can frame directly to them.
What if I have a Sizzler 32 instead?
Then this is the wrong liner. SIZ32, SZR32, SIZPRO32 and SZRPRO32 grills use a different part with a 33" wide, 9 3/4" high cutout.
That one is the 32" built-in grill liner GL-SZR32.
Is the liner required for my build?
It is listed as required for combustible construction. Wood-framed and composite islands need it; the liner is what makes that build method work with a built-in grill.
Sorting this out before framing matters, because the cutout size changes depending on whether a liner is in the assembly.
How much insulation does it provide?
A 1-inch thick, double-walled design. It significantly reduces heat transfer from the grill into the cabinetry and structural components around it.
What is the liner made of?
