Summerset Grill Liner for Double Side Burner SB2PRO - GL-SB2
Protect your outdoor kitchen and ensure a safe installation with the Summerset Grill Liner for Double Side Burners (GL-SB2). Specifically engineered for Summerset Pro Double Side Burners, this heavy-duty insulating liner allows you to safely install your burner into combustible outdoor kitchen materials such as wood, composite, or polymer cabinetry.
Constructed from premium #304 stainless steel, the GL-SB2 is built for long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and dependable outdoor performance. Its 1-inch thick double-walled insulated design creates a thermal barrier that helps block heat transfer from the side burner to surrounding framing materials — reducing the risk of heat damage and improving installation safety.
Custom-designed for Summerset double side burners, this liner provides a precise fit while maintaining proper airflow and required clearances. The clean stainless steel finish integrates seamlessly into luxury outdoor kitchen designs while remaining weather-resistant and easy to maintain year-round.

Why It Matters for Your Outdoor Kitchen
Double side burners generate concentrated heat that can damage combustible cabinetry without proper insulation. The GL-SB2 liner creates a critical protective barrier between your burner and island structure, helping maintain safe operating conditions while giving you greater flexibility in outdoor kitchen design and material selection.
Fits These Models
Fitment is based on the manufacturer's stated model compatibility. Confirm your exact model number before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which side burners does the GL-SB2 fit?
Summerset lists compatibility with the SB2-PRO, TRLSB2 and SIZSB2 double side burners.
If your burner is one of those three, this is the matching liner. The Pro double side burner SB2-PRO is the model it is named for.
What cutout does the liner require?
13 1/4" wide, 9 5/8" high and 22" deep. Build the island opening to the liner, since the liner is the part that seats into the cutout.
When is a burner liner required?
When the burner is going into combustible outdoor kitchen materials such as wood, composite or polymer cabinetry.
Double side burners put concentrated heat right against the island structure, and the liner is the barrier between the two.
How thick is the insulation?
The liner uses a 1" thick double-walled insulated design. The gap between the walls is what blocks heat transfer to the framing behind it.
What is it built from?
#304 stainless steel, chosen for corrosion resistance in an outdoor install where the liner is largely buried in the island and hard to service later.
Does the liner change my clearances?
It is designed to maintain proper airflow and required clearances once the burner is seated in it, so the assembly works as a unit rather than as two stacked parts.
Plan the cutout around the liner dimensions above and the burner will land where it should.
How do I confirm I am ordering the right liner?
Check the model designation stamped on your burner and match it to SB2-PRO, TRLSB2 or SIZSB2 before you order.
Single side burners and power burners take different liners, so the burner count and series both matter.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
