Which grill is this liner cut for?
The 25" Summerset Sizzler built-in grill. It is cataloged as GL-SZR25 and is precision-fit to that grill body.
Liners are size and series specific, so confirm you have a 25" Sizzler built-in before ordering.
What opening does the liner need?
26" wide, 9 3/4" high and 22" deep. Note that the cutout is wider than the 25" grill, because the liner wraps the grill body.
Frame the island to the liner dimensions rather than the grill's nominal size.
When is this liner required?
When the grill is being installed into combustible materials such as wood or composite cabinetry. It is what allows the built-in to go into those island materials safely.
It also gives you more freedom in island material selection than a masonry-only install would.
How does the insulation work?
The liner is a 1-inch thick, double-walled design. The space between walls blocks heat transfer from the grill to the structure around it.
That barrier also protects the cabinetry from grease and flare-ups, not just steady cooking heat.
What is it made of?
Heavy-duty #304 stainless steel. The corrosion-resistant surface stands up to outdoor conditions and wipes clean during a grill service.
Will it work for a 32" or 40" Sizzler?
No. Each liner is built to one grill size, and a 26" cutout will not accept a larger grill body.
