Both. Sunstone designed this ice box for either over-counter or under-counter installation, and the hardware for both methods ships with the unit.

How deep is the basin, and will bottles stand up in it?

The basin is 12 inches deep, and the description specifically notes it holds beer bottles standing upright.

Most ice chests this size force you to lay bottles down, which wastes ice and makes it harder to grab one without digging.

What are the outside dimensions?

The B-IC14 is a 14-inch wide by 20-inch deep rectangle with a zero-radius profile.
