What makes the ADASK37 ADA compliant?
The two basins are only 4 inches deep, which is the shallow depth that improves reach for a seated user.
A standard deep outdoor sink puts the drain well below comfortable reach from a wheelchair; this one keeps everything near the counter plane.
What size opening does it drop into?
Cut the counter 35 inches wide by 19.5 inches deep. The sink itself measures 37 inches wide, 22 inches deep and 5 inches tall.
The extra inch of body on each side is the flange that rests on the countertop.
Is it a single basin or a split bowl?
It is a 50/50 split double sink, so both basins are the same size.
That lets you wash on one side and rinse or drain on the other without moving anything.
