How many burners does it have and what is the total output?

Two integrated dual-gas burners at 15,000 BTUs each, plus a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner, for 45,000 BTUs total.

The two main burners give you 30,000 BTUs across the cooking surface, and the back burner adds high heat behind it for searing and rotisserie work.

Can it run gas, charcoal and wood?

Yes, all three. The gas burners are integrated with a height-adjustable charcoal and wood burn tray, so you choose the fuel for the cook rather than the grill.

That is the point of the hybrid design: quick gas heat when you want it, charcoal or wood when you want the flavor.

What are the cutout dimensions?

27 1/2" wide, 22" deep and 12 3/4" high.

Note that the grill stands 25 3/4" tall overall, so most of its height sits above the counter line while only 12 3/4" drops into the island.

What does the infrared back burner do?
