Frequently Asked Questions
Does the faucet come with this sink?
Yes. It is sold as a sink and faucet combo, with a 360-degree hot and cold faucet included.
That means you are not sourcing an outdoor-rated faucet separately, and the two are already matched for the basin size.
What cutout do I need in the countertop?
16 5/8" wide by 13 1/8" deep. No height figure applies, since the sink hangs below the counter rather than dropping into it.
Cut to those dimensions and the basin rim mounts beneath the finished surface.
What do the 19 and 15 inches refer to?
The overall sink size, 19" by 15", which is larger than the 16 5/8" by 13 1/8" countertop opening.
The difference is the mounting flange that sits under the counter, which is why the two sets of numbers do not match.
What is the difference between undermount and a drop-in sink?
An undermount sink attaches beneath the countertop, so the counter edge runs straight into the basin with no rim sitting on top.
Practically, that means you can wipe debris off the counter straight into the sink instead of over a raised lip. It also means the countertop cutout has to be finished cleanly, since the cut edge is visible.
What is the sink made of?
#304 stainless steel construction, model SSNK-19U. That grade is what handles standing water and outdoor exposure without pitting.
Does it include a drain strainer?
Yes. A stopper and strainer are included, along with a double handle valve for the faucet.
The stopper lets you fill the basin for washing utensils rather than running water continuously.
