What size opening do I cut in my island for this side burner?

The cutout is 10.75" wide, 20.5" deep and 7.75" high. Build the opening to those numbers and the burner drops in flush with your countertop.

Note the depth: at 20.5" front to back, this needs a full-depth island section, not a narrow bar ledge.

What are the overall dimensions once it is installed?

12.6" wide by 21.65" deep by 8.15" high overall. The extra width and depth over the cutout is the trim flange that sits on top of the counter.
