The cover spans both the 30-inch grill head and the cart body beneath. The felt interior sits against stainless without abrading it, and the material stays flexible through hard freezes rather than stiffening and splitting at the corners the way ordinary vinyl eventually does.

Does the AGV-30C-PREM cover the cart as well as the grill?
Yes. It spans the 30-inch grill head and the cart body beneath it as one piece, which is why it costs more than the built-in version and why the two are not interchangeable.

A built-in has an island shielding its sides and back. A cart is open on all four sides and underneath, so it collects far more wind-driven rain and airborne grit over a season.
