Alfresco Vinyl Cover for 42" Cart Grill with Side Burner AGV-42CSB
This is the wider cut of Alfresco's 42-inch cart cover, spanning the grill and an attached side burner. On a cart with a side burner, the burner assembly sits at the outer edge and takes the most direct weather of anything on the unit, so leaving it uncovered is how igniters and control knobs fail early.
Water-resistant high-density canvas vinyl sheds rain, pollen, dirt, and dust, with an embroidered Alfresco logo. Ventilation lets condensation escape rather than sitting against stainless steel, and secure fastenings keep the cover on in wind.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does the side burner sit, and why does that change the cover?
On a cart with a side burner, the burner assembly sits at the outer edge and takes the most direct weather of anything on the unit. That is where igniters and control knobs fail early, and reaching it is what the wider AGV-42CSB cut is for. Check the layout of your cart grill against the model code.
What fabric does the AGV-42CSB use?
High-density canvas vinyl that is water-resistant, with the Alfresco logo embroidered on it. It sheds rain, pollen, dirt, and dust across both the grill and the burner.
How does the cover handle condensation?
Ventilation lets it out. Without vents, damp air stays against the stainless steel; with them, the cover keeps rain off while still letting moisture escape.
Will it stay put in wind?
Secure fastenings keep it on. Because the cut follows a 42-inch grill with the burner alongside it, there is no excess material hanging loose for wind to catch.
Which cover do I need if my cart has no side burner?
The AGV-42C. Order the AGV-42CSB only when a side burner is mounted on the cart alongside the grill.
Which side burner does this cover accommodate?
Alfresco's cart-model dual side burner, the AXESB-2C. Check your model numbers against the cover if your cart carries a different configuration.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
