American Made Grills Alturi 30" Freestanding Grill Cart
The Alturi 30" Freestanding Grill Cart (CART-ALT30) turns the Alturi 30" grill head into a complete freestanding grill without an island, a slab or a contractor. Built from #304 stainless steel to match the grill it carries, it is the same base American Made Grills uses for its factory-assembled Alturi freestanding models. Browse the rest of our cart grills.
The cart is a heavy-duty stainless base with integrated storage that keeps the gas supply and the everyday tools under the grill rather than beside it. Side shelves give you landing space either side of the hood, which is the single thing people miss most when they cook off a bare grill head.
At 30" the cart is the whole outdoor kitchen rather than part of one. It is the configuration that suits a deck, a balcony or a patio where a masonry island was never going to happen, and it moves with you if the house does.
Sold here as the cart alone, which is worth knowing: AMG only lists it bundled with the grill. If you already own the ALT30T head, or you are replacing a base rather than a grill, this is the part you need. Covered by the Gold Standard lifetime warranty on stainless steel carts, with door and drawer hardware carrying a 3-year limited warranty.

American Made Grills Cart for Alturi 30" Grill ALT30
Frequently Asked Questions
Which grill head does the CART-ALT30 fit?
The Alturi 30" built-in head, model ALT30T. It is built for that head specifically rather than as a universal base — the Alturi 30" built-in grill is the unit it carries.
Does a grill come with it?
No. This listing is the cart on its own. American Made Grills only lists it bundled with a grill, so if you already own the ALT30T head, or you are replacing a base rather than a grill, this is the part to buy.
Is this the same base as the factory freestanding Alturi?
Yes. It is the same cart American Made Grills uses under its own Alturi freestanding models, so putting the ALT30T on it gets you that configuration without an island, a slab or a contractor.
What storage does it have?
An integrated cabinet under the grill, which is where the gas supply and the everyday tools live instead of standing beside the grill.
At 30 inches the storage is a cabinet rather than the door-and-drawer front the larger Alturi carts carry.
Does it have side shelves?
Yes, one either side of the hood. Landing space beside the grill is the single thing people miss most when they cook off a bare grill head.
What is it made of?
304 stainless steel, matched to the finish and hardware of the grill it carries and rated for outdoor exposure.
Is a cart a reasonable substitute for an island?
At 30 inches the cart is the whole outdoor kitchen rather than part of one. It suits a deck, a balcony or a patio where masonry was never going to happen, and it moves with you if the house does. Browse the rest of our cart grills.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
