Two U-shaped 304 stainless main burners at 26,000 BTU each, for 52,000 main burner BTUs. A separate 12,000 BTU infrared back burner sits at the rear of the firebox for rotisserie work.

Two burners is the practical limit at this width, and it gives you a hot side and a cooler side without the grill being wider than the island can spare.

How much cooking surface do I actually get?

543 square inches on the main grate and 212 square inches on the secondary rack above it, for 755 square inches total.

Is a rotisserie kit included with the grill?

Can I run two different temperatures side by side?

Yes. Stainless steel heat zone separators come with the grill, so you can hold a genuine searing zone at one end and a lower holding zone at the other rather than fighting one continuous heat field.

Is this grill usable after dark?

Yes. Interior halogen lights are angle-mounted so they wash the grate corner to corner instead of dropping a bright spot in the middle, and the control knobs are LED backlit so you can read your settings without a flashlight.

Does the ignition need batteries?

No. The ALT30T uses flame thrower ignition with a manual flash-tube backup, so there is nothing to replace and a way to light the burners by hand if the primary ignition ever fails.

Can I get it in natural gas or propane?
