It runs 2 U-shaped 304 stainless main burners at 26,000 BTU each — 52,000 BTUs across 543 square inches of main grate, plus a 212 square inch secondary rack for 755 square inches total. A 12,000 BTU infrared back burner handles rotisserie work. The "T" in ALT30T is the U-tube stainless burner, which is what separates Alturi from the cast red brass burners in the Estate series above it.

The cart is the whole point of this configuration: the same grill head that goes into six-figure outdoor kitchens, on wheels, with nothing to demo and no masonry to pour. Heavy-duty locking casters roll it into position and hold it there. Adjustable stainless side shelves give you landing space for platters and fold back when the patio needs the room. Double access doors close over the storage bay — with an inner condiment tray on the door — and there is room below for a propane tank, so the LP model runs without ever trenching a gas line.
