Yes. The X-Large has its own kit, as do the Round, Junior and Large, and the size is written into each listing's title for exactly this reason. Check yours against the title before ordering, since a control kit bought for the wrong grill is not something you can adapt on the patio.
Is a control kit the same thing as a grill thermometer?
No. A thermometer reports the temperature and stops there. A control kit works to keep the temperature where you set it.
