The double-walled construction shields the grill chassis against heat and corrosion, keeping your investment protected. It measures 42.1"W x 22.8"D x 9.6"H (78 lbs) with a cutout of 40 3/8"W x 22"D x 9 3/4"H for a clean, secure built-in installation.

40 3/8" wide by 22" deep by 9 3/4" high. That is the island opening; the liner sets into it, and the grill then sets into the liner.
Which grill is it sized for?
TrueFlame 40-inch built-in grills, including the TF40. Confirm your grill's size designation before ordering, since a liner from another size will not seat.
Is a liner required, or is it optional protection?
