Frequently Asked Questions
What grill is this cart built for?
TrueFlame 40-inch grills. The CART-TF-40DC is the largest of the three deluxe carts and is sized for that head alone. Matching heads are in TrueFlame built-in grills.
What does it measure assembled?
63.75" wide, 22.05" deep and 35.64" high, at 95 pounds. It is 13 pounds heavier than the 32-inch cart and more than five feet wide, so measure the space and the route to it.
Do the side shelves fold?
Both fold down for prep and tuck away afterwards. Given the width of this cart, folding them is worth doing whenever you are not actively cooking.
What is the storage like?
Two soft-close doors open onto spacious storage compartments. A paper towel holder is mounted to the interior of the door, so it stays dry and out of sight.
How is airflow handled?
Side, rear and bottom vents keep air moving through the cabinet under the grill.
Can one person move it?
It rolls on front locking caster wheels, which is how a 95-pound cart gets repositioned at all. Lock the front casters once it is placed so it stays put while you work the grill.
Is it the same build as the smaller carts?
Yes. All three are solid commercial-grade 304 stainless steel with the same door, shelf, caster and venting arrangement. The 32-inch cart is the same cart at 56.51" wide.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
