The Alfresco ARXE-42 is a restaurant-inspired, all-weather outdoor refrigerator built to slide directly beneath a 42-inch Alfresco grill head or into any 42-inch outdoor kitchen island cutout. Its 7.25 cubic feet of capacity is split between a shelved door section and a two-drawer marinating section, so proteins, sauces, and beverages stay organized and genuinely cold even when your patio is not.
Alfresco was the first manufacturer to build a true all-weather outdoor refrigerator, and the ARXE-42 remains one of the most capable units in the category. A 1,000 BTU refrigeration system paired with a commercial fan-driven fin evaporator holds temperatures anywhere from 27°F to 56°F, and the Flash Recovery System pulls the interior back down to temperature quickly after the door has been open through a long cookout. Commercial polyurethane shot-in-place foam insulation and all-304-stainless construction inside and out mean it is built to the same standard as the grill above it.
