The Alfresco ARXE-56C is the refrigerated cart built for Alfresco's flagship 56-inch grill, the largest professional grill Alfresco makes. It carries the grill head on a freestanding cart while housing 7.25 cubic feet of genuine all-weather refrigeration underneath, giving you a complete high-end outdoor cooking and cold storage station without building a masonry island.

The refrigeration is Alfresco's commercial-platform system: 1,000 BTU all-weather cooling with a fan-driven fin evaporator, digital control from 27°F to 56°F, and a Flash Recovery System that restores temperature quickly after the door has been open. The door section carries an adjustable stainless wire shelf, and the two-drawer section is designed for marinating with removable NSF food pans included. Everything is 304 stainless steel, inside and out.
