The Alfresco URS-1XE is a commercial-grade, genuinely all-weather outdoor refrigerator with 7.25 cubic feet of capacity behind a single door. Alfresco was the first company to build a true all-weather outdoor refrigerator, and this unit is the reason for that reputation: it is engineered to hold cold internal temperatures even when the ambient patio temperature is extreme.

A 1,000 BTU refrigeration system works with a commercial fan-driven fin evaporator that creates a constant horizontal vortex of air, so cold is distributed evenly rather than pooling at the bottom. Digital controls with a lighted display let you set anywhere from 27°F to 56°F, and the Flash Recovery System pulls temperature back down quickly after the door has been open. Two removable, adjustable stainless steel wire shelves handle whatever you need to store, and the door is field-reversible so it can hinge either way depending on your island layout.

The URS-1XE also converts to a kegerator with Alfresco's optional keg kit, accepting a full half keg, and converts back just as easily if your needs change.
